By using our services—including dining with us, making reservations, participating in promotions, or signing up for communications—you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Eligibility
Our services are available to customers of all ages. By interacting with our staff, systems, or online forms, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Communications Consent
Reservation notifications: when you book a table at ipot.food and provide your phone number, we send transactional text messages about that reservation, including a secure link to reschedule or cancel it. Message frequency is typically one to three messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
Marketing messages: separately, customers may voluntarily opt in to receive promotional messages (via SMS or email) after checking in at the restaurant by completing a Zoho Form, and opt-in is only recorded once the customer personally submits that form. Each message includes opt-out instructions.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer information, including mobile phone numbers, with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Reservations & Promotions
Reservations, promotions, and offers are subject to availability and terms announced at the time of the offer. Cancellations or changes may be subject to specific conditions.
4. Conduct & Use
Customers must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes. Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in denial of service.
5. Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
